Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once you receive the product, following our return policy.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Products that have been opened or used
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products

3. Return Process

To return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  2. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-6 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
