Where does MedMust ship?
Physical products currently ship within India, to the address entered at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, courier serviceability, holidays, and destination PIN code. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout where available.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, courier and tracking details appear on your order in Orders and in your order confirmation email.
How are digital orders delivered?
Digital access (question banks, MCQ practice, and other learning content) is delivered instantly to your account after payment is confirmed - there's nothing to ship.
What if my order has not arrived or is damaged?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email support@medmust.in with your order reference so we can help.
